Rick received his Bachelor's degree in Business Management and his MBA, in Marketing and Human Relations, from San Jose State University. Rick also attended Harvard University's President's Curriculum, sponsored and taught by Harvard's Executive Management School. He also is a product of IBM's Executive Development Program.
Prior to its acquisition, Mr. Medeiros also founded Sales Builders International, an Executive Search and Sales Development consulting practice.
