    Rick Medeiros Rick is the Founder and President of RMM & Associates.     Having succeeded in various senior IT industry roles…including President, COO, Office of The President, Vice President of Sales for The Americas, Vice President of Sales, Regional Manager and National Sales Training Director at various Fortune 500, growth, turnaround and start-up businesses within the hardware, software, telecommunications, professional services, Internet/e-commerce and "online" virtual world businesses throughout North America…Rick brings a definite set of advantageous experiences, insights and perspectives to the Executive Searches he conducts.

    Rick received his Bachelor's degree in Business Management and his MBA, in Marketing and Human Relations, from San Jose State University. Rick also attended Harvard University's President's Curriculum, sponsored and taught by Harvard's Executive Management School. He also is a product of IBM's Executive Development Program.


    Prior to its acquisition, Mr. Medeiros also founded Sales Builders International, an Executive Search and Sales Development consulting practice.
